Watching Birds
in the Garden – yo this template is mad… who wrote this?!

Femi. Femisy. Fem-Fem. Fewy (only Grandma can call me that!). I go by many names that isn’t even listed! My name’s Olufemi which, in Yoruba, means “God loves me”, and He really does! My mum said that my birth was the beginning of financial blessings for my family. Wow. What a way to be introduced to the world as a major blessing.
I was born and raised in the UK to Nigerian parents. 1994 of course. Millennial baby! I lived in South London all my life. A proud Nigerian Brit!
My unsolicited debut in the acting industry was when I shot a road safety advert for TfL in February-March 2009. The story about it is so funny. Imagine dodging Saturday school, having to do a quick errand for my parents and then bumping into TfL photographers on the road you live on?! I talk about it here 🙂
Since then, I’ve been involved in many projects such as Pizza Hut’s Stuffed Crust Commercial in 2015, Isac Elliot’s “Baby I” and an advert for Counter Terrorism Policing UK amongst performing extra work for artists such as Skepta, JME, Example, The Wanted, and productions for Star Wars, Dumbo, Misfits, Nike and Asda.
I now make reaction and lifestyle content on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. I started making content initially in 2012 but ended up quitting early 2013 due to my “friends” being happy I was taking a break. This is code for “yeah, take a long (permanent) break because your content sucks.” I returned on April 2022 on a bigger drive: trademarked my name Femisy, started uploading on YouTube and TikTok more consistently. I amassed over 1M views on all social media channels in 2022 and the next few years should be special.
Some personal milestones:
My most viewed TikTok: 570k views
My most viewed YouTube Shorts: 160k views
My most viewed Instagram Reel which acquired 32k views in 24 hours
